Mr. Burt's Bones and Biscuits Mystery

For those of you that are doing work or have previously done work in Marleybone, here's a question; You know Mr. Burt's Bones and Bicuits, near Lady Labrador's Athames? Have you gotten a chance to walk in there? All there is inside is a duplicate of the north and south MB Post Offices.

And a pudgy dog named Angus Crakenhop. What I want to know is what ever happened to Mr. Burt. How do you know Angus is a security guard or a cop? He could have done a hit and run with Mr. Burt. He could have hanged him for all we know. Who knows what happened to the original owner.
